What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our delivery prices are one of the cheapest on the web at only £39 inc vat.

Unlike other website on the net we do not charge per top and we certainly do not charge extra for different areas.

Our price is standard rate no matter which town or county the delivery is in and no matter how many worktops are on the order, infact we deliver for free when the order reaches over £500.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We can accept Visa, Visa debit,  Mastercard, Barclay Card and Bank Transfers.

When purchasing through our website you will be redirected to sagepay secure encrypted payment page before you can input any card details, this ensures that your card details cannot be intercepted or saved.

We can take your order and payment over the phone using our secure sage pay moto account which enables us to manual input your details into sagepays secure system, no card data is saved on any of our sytems.

How long will delivery take?

Rule of thumb normally  2 – 5 days in most areas, you will be able to choose a preferred date which we will have to confirm with you.

If the date you have chosen is available in your area we will email you to confirm delivery on your preferred delivery date.

If the delivery date you have chosen is not available we will call you with alternative delivery dates which you will be able to choose from.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed an order we will confirm back with you by email or phone.

If the date you have chosen is available in your area we will email you to confirm delivery on your preferred delivery date.

If the delivery date you have chosen is not available we will call you with alternative delivery dates which you will be able to choose from.

On the delivery day the driver will call 1hr prior to delivery, because of the weight and lenght of the products the driver will requires assistance provided by the customer on the delivery day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We will provide you with a vat invoice which will be sent to your email you have inputted, If you have registered on our site then you can also login and print your invoice from your control panel.
