2.1: The placing of an order confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. Please ensure you read and understand these terms before ordering.
2.2:These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
2.3: Making a purchase could not be easier.
Go to our online shop via the homepage were you can add your selections to the online cart, proceed to checkout where you will be asked for details necessary for us to be able to complete the order.
(Please ensure you fill in all details requested including your email address and if possible, both land line and mobile phone numbers, so we can confirm details to you. If you have any questions you can call us to order and pay over the telephone.)
3.1: You can make your payment by credit or debit card. We do not charge a fee for debit or credit cards. We use sagepay to process your card payment. You will be directed to sagepay secure payment pages via our online order form through the ordering process. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and most UK bank debit and credit cards are accepted.(see credit card and security policy section 11.0)
3.2: VAT (Value Added Tax) is charged at the current rate of ( 20%).
3.3: We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. Authorization of your payment failed.
2. There is a pricing or product description error on our website.
3. Item or items are out of stock or discontinued.
4. We do not deliver to your area.
4.1 When we receive your order. a confirmation will be emailed to you. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Sometimes with payment systems there may be price discrepancies, system failures, or a mistake in the input of numerals on to a system. We will indicate acceptance of your order by email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing , manufacturer price changes, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for reasons outside our control. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you before delivery to ensure that the price is acceptable, If it is not we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
4.2: If there are any problems at all with your order, you will be contacted by email or telephone to try to resolve.
5.0: BACK ORDERS
5.1:If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called by telephone with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
6.1: It is the responsibility of you the customer to notify us if there is inadequate turning or parking. Due to insurance guidelines and health and safety regulations all deliveries are made to the nearest KERBSIDE ground floor access point to the delivery address. If we find that we cannot gain access to the delivery address or park within a safe and practical distance, a failed delivery charge of £39.00 inc vat will be applied to the customer.
6.2: Worktop deliveries are made by one person only. The customer agrees to ensure that someone competent and able bodied will be available to help with the unloading of the goods as these can be heavy; it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the designated helper is able to help with the unloading of the goods from the vehicle on the delivery day.
6.3: A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature. If goods are signed for as “unchecked” no claim can be entered into.
6.4: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT GIVE A SPECIFIC TIME OF DAY FOR THE DELIVERY, HOWEVER, THE DRIVER WILL DO HIS BEST TO CALL APPROXIMATELY HALF AN HOUR PRIOR YOUR DELIVERY, however this is not always possible due to mobile signals etc…THE DRIVERS OPERATE BETWEEN 7AM TO 6PM.
6.5: Delivery lead times are normally 2 – 10 working days on all products.
6.6: If there is likely to be a problem with access, turning, or parking please inform us by email at the time of order as your goods will most likely be delivered using a 40ft lorry.
6.7: No liability can be accepted for costs or losses caused by delayed deliveries. Although we always aim to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, occasionally due to matters beyond our control deliveries can take longer than anticipated.
6.9: We strongly advise all clients against booking of tradesmen for installations or removal of existing fixtures and fittings until goods have been received in a satisfactory condition.
7.0 FAILED DELIVERY
7.1: If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery or help with unloading, the delivery charge will still be applicable, Re delivery to the address or to an alternative address supplied by the customer, is a charge of £60 inc vat.
8.0 DELIVERY PRICES
8.1: Initial delivery is charged at the promotional price of £39.00 inc vat per complete order for worktops or accessories.
8.2: If a failed delivery occurs, failed delivery charges apply and normal delivery cost of £60.00 including V.A.T will apply.
8.3: Please note that due to delivery costs, a £20.00 surcharge may apply to orders under the value of £50.00.
8.4: If for any reason you need to change your order before your delivery date, we will do our best to help. Please give us a mimimum of 24hrs notice before your delivery date. We will endeavour to meet your original delivery date but in some cases this may not be possible due to circumstances outside our control.
9.0: CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
9.1: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order and return standard sized, undamaged, and in the case of solid wood, un-oiled goods, up to 14 days after the day you have received them. Please inform us in writing or by electronic mail using the form provided if you wish to cancel.
9.2: Any returns must be arranged and paid by the customer, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty or have been supplied in error. you can fill in the returns form on our website the link is here Returns Form Link Here.
9.3: If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes or plastic wrapping to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we reserve the right to charge accordingly for any diminished value up to the full contract price. Customer returns must be agreed by both parties before the goods are returned. The customer must pay all costs involved in transporting the goods back to the warehouse from which they were despatched, details of which will be on your delivery note, or provided on our receipt of your cancellation form if required, or to our business premises I P Propertyserv, Unit 1 , Dencora Business Centre, 36 Whitehouse Rd Ipswich IP1 5LT. The goods must be insured whilst in transit for their full value.
9.4: Any refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 days from the date when the items are returned to our warehouse. Refunds can only be placed back on to the card you have paid with.
9.5: The right of cancellation outlined above applies to consumers only and not to anyone ordering goods in the course of a trade or business.
10:.0 DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY:
10.1: PLEASE ENSURE THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE GOODS IS UNDERTAKEN BEFORE YOU SIGN AND TAKE THE DELIVERY.
( IF GOODS ARE INCORRECT OR SHOW ANY DAMAGE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THEM AND RETURN THEM WITH THE DRIVER FOR REPLACEMENT. THIS WILL ENSURE WE CAN OFFER THE BEST SERVICE FOR A FASTER REPLACEMENT )
10.2: Contact us within 48 hrs of receipt if your product is faulty or damaged, by phone or email.
10.3: We will arrange to replace any item with a manufacturing fault within the guarantee at no cost to the buyer. Please note we cannot issue an exchange or refund until we have received the goods back and inspected them.
11.0: CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PRIVACY REPORT
11.1: When an order has been placed, your credit / debit card details are inputted in to an online terminal system handled by Sage-pay which uses encryption. We do not hold or save credit card numbers or any other financial data in our systems. Every transaction requires the entry of a valid credit card number before it is processed. The card is then authorized and we process the order before we can claim the payment.
11.2: This website does collect personal information about such as name, billing address, shipping address and tel numbers and email when you register an account or place an order online or by telephone.
11.3: No data is transmitted in clear text between any web site during the payment process.
11.4: We ask you for details about yourself because we want to ensure that we give you a service of the highest standards. The information you give us is not traded or sold on to other companies.
