IMPORTANT: On the delivery day arranged, the customer must provide assistance as to help unload the worktops off the lorry at the delivery address as the driver is on his own, we can only deliver kerbside only so please make sure you have someone available on the day.

DELIVERY AREAS
Please be advised that we do not cover some areas of Scotland, England and Wales, please call us for information on areas we do not deliver to.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery is normally within 7 days on all products, Monday – Friday between 7am and 6pm however sometimes longer if we have to call for the stock from the manufacturer to a depot then out to you.

ACCESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us if there is inadequate turning or parking at the delivery address, If the delivery driver cannot park within a safe and practical distance, for the safety of you our customer and the delivery driver this will result in a failed delivery charge and will be applied to the customer. A failed delivery charge is 25% of the order for returning and restocking the order and the original delivery charge will also apply.

DELIVERY DATES
Sometimes deliveries cannot be made on the promised date due to occurrences out of our control, traffic accidents, jams, breakdowns, weather, driver running out of time or maybe we might have made a mistake and gave you the wrong item or in the unlickly event it was damaged in transport and we have to re-deliver, these are all everday things that can and do happen! We advise you not to book your fitter until you have received the worktops for those reasons.

INSPECTING THE GOODS
A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature. If goods are signed for as “unchecked” no claim can be entered into. When you signed for the goods you are signing a contract to say that you are happy with the goods and they are in good condition and not damaged, if however they are damaged you must write damaged on the delivery note, we will then arrange for a replacement and re-delivery at no cost to you the customer, Please make sure they are inspected thoroughly as once signed for they become your responsibility.

FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to the warehouse for restock, restocking of the goods is 25% of the value of goods plus the original delivery charge will apply.

DELIVERY PRICES
All prices shown already include VAT – normal delivery is charged at £29 per complete order for worktops or accessories. Please note that an additional £15 surcharge applies to single length or single item orders.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR WORKTOPS
Next day delivery for worktops only applies if 3 things are true shown below,

1.The order is placed before 11am by telephone,
2. We have the items in-stock.
3. A driver is delivering in your area the next day.
